Loan and Member Services Representative I - Chelsea

The LMS I contributes to the success of the branch by delivering exceptional member experiences, fostering long-lasting relationships, and using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions to address member needs. Responsible for meeting with members in person or over the phone to uncover financial needs, tailor products and services, share product knowledge, resolve member issues, and process all financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Partner with Specialists (FA’s, MLO’s and Business Banking RM’s) to connect members with experts for specialized financial needs. The estimated salary for this role is $21.78 - $25.59 per hour.
