Bell Person (Full-Time) - $1,000.00 Sign-on Bonus

Under the direction of the Bell Captain, the incumbent greets arriving and departing guests. Assists with transporting baggage and personal belongings. Ability to provide superior guest service required. Position requires ability to stand and walk 100% of the time. Required to lift up to 50 pounds. Position requires working outdoors (in all weather conditions) 25-100% of the time. Provides extraordinary customer service and adheres to department service guidelines for all guests.

• →Must adhere to the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
• →Welcomes guests with an outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• →Assists guests by retrieving, transporting and loading baggage to and from guestrooms.
• →Provides guests with general information to ensure a pleasant stay in the hotel.
• →Performs deliveries to guests as appropriate.
• →Tags and stores baggage for guests as needed.
• →Assists guests with wheelchairs.
• →Report problems found in guest rooms.
• →Comply with all department service guarantees. 
• →Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
• →Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• →Participates as a panel member on MPGE's Board of Review as needed.
• →Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• One (1) year of bell/door experience is preferred.
