The General Manager (GM) - Global Water is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of the operating plan for the Global Water division in APAC. Serving as a member of the leadership team, the GM will oversee forecasting, P&L management, SIOP management, and through collaboration, develop a plan and energize the team to achieve double-digit growth. The GM is responsible for maintaining a customer focused culture, fostering innovation, and ensuring we grow our competitive edge in the mining and groundwater industry.
 
 Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and cross-functional partners, will be essential in this role. This role requires a dynamic leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of navigating complex challenges and driving impactful results.
