Artist (Contract)

Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We work with incredible students across the US and support them in building apparel businesses at their schools.

• →Upload mock-ups and artwork as quickly and accurately as possible while maintaining strong quality standards.
• →Ensure artwork matches client requests, manager instructions, and production requirements.
• →Interpret and follow complex instructions with strong attention to detail.
• →Recreate and clean low-quality artwork into production-ready vector files.
• →Maintain strong QA awareness by reviewing artwork for technical, aesthetic, and instruction-related issues before upload.
• →Communicate clearly with Campus Managers and internal teams regarding revisions, concerns, recommendations, or clarification questions.
• →Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop efficiently in a production-based environment.
• →Utilize AI-assisted workflows and tools responsibly to improve presentation quality, workflow efficiency, and design support when applicable.
• →Complete a set number of deliverables per day while balancing speed, quality, and accuracy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English 
• Reliable, responsive, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setup
• Comfortable asking questions and clarifying unclear requests
• Receptive to feedback and open to continuous improvement
• Able to balance speed and efficiency without compromising quality
• Strong instruction comprehension and attention to detail

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Experience creating and editing vector graphics, including from low-resolution source material
• Ability to recreate artwork accurately using the Pen Tool and/or drawing tablets
• A well-functioning computer capable of handling design workloads and a strong and stable internet and power connection
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows is a plus

• This is a remote "work-from-home" position
• Work hours: 7 PM to 5 AM Manila Time, Monday to Friday
• Start date is TBA (currently pooling candidates)
• 3-month contractual setup, with possible extensions depending on business needs and performance
