Your team
Your new team is a committed, collaborative, and innovative bunch. They’re designers, brand managers, content managers, and everyone who’s involved in the creative space – a group from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, they're a community of parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.
Your mission
We’re looking for a Director of Revenue Marketing to lead the system behind our commercial growth — shaping how our New Business engine scales, not just how individual channels perform. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, SDRs, Partnerships, and Sales, you’ll define how growth is planned, governed, and continuously improved.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who has owned revenue or pipeline targets in a B2B SaaS environment and is confident representing growth performance at an executive level. You know that durable growth goes beyond performance marketing alone — it’s built through the right balance of brand, narrative, trust, and data-driven execution.
Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll play a critical role in aligning our full go-to-market motion and turning complexity into a system that’s predictable, scalable, and built to last.
You’ll own the revenue marketing system across Growth Marketing and SDRs, partnering closely with Partnerships and Brand Marketing to drive a unified commercial approach.
You’ll own the revenue marketing budget, including planning, tracking, forecasting, and measuring ROI across growth channels, SDRs, and allbound initiatives.
You’ll act as a peer to commercial leaders while aligning closely with the CMO to ensure clarity and cohesion across the go-to-market motion.
You’ll drive deal progression — not just pipeline creation — ensuring growth translates into real business impact.
You’ll make growth outcomes predictable, explainable, and scalable by building systems that go beyond channel performance.
You’ll act as the primary counterpart to Finance, representing growth performance, assumptions, and trade-offs with clarity and confidence.
You’ll partner closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to connect brand investment with revenue outcomes.
You’ll communicate performance and variance across revenue-driving motions, translating execution into a clear commercial narrative for executive stakeholders.
You’ll lead and develop managers and senior individual contributors across Revenue Marketing and SDRs, creating the conditions for long-term impact.
You have 7+ years of experience leading Revenue Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
You’ve owned revenue or pipeline targets and understand what it takes to deliver against them.
You’ve led senior teams and managers, and know how to scale both people and performance.
You’re confident managing up and partnering with Finance and executive stakeholders.
You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and making clear trade-offs that drive progress.
You’ve worked closely with brand and creative teams and understand how brand contributes to growth.
You bring experience with allbound, ABM, or revenue-led go-to-market models.
You’ve owned and managed complex budgets across regions and currencies.
You think in systems, not channels, and focus on leverage over execution.
You see revenue optimization and financial storytelling as core to your role.
