Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews.
  • Provide basic support for employee benefits questions and assist with benefit enrollments.
  • Review employee timecards and ensure timely approval by managers.
  • Assist with employee annual goal setting and performance evaluation processes.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Conversational-level Korean proficiency is required; fluency in Korean is a plus.

 

The base salary range for this role is between $58,000 - $68,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
