Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- →Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions.
- →Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews.
- →Provide basic support for employee benefits questions and assist with benefit enrollments.
- →Review employee timecards and ensure timely approval by managers.
- →Assist with employee annual goal setting and performance evaluation processes.
- →Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- →Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- →Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- →0–2 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role preferred
- →Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices preferred
- →Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- →Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- →Conversational-level Korean proficiency is required; fluency in Korean is a plus.
The base salary range for this role is between $58,000 - $68,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
