• →Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize raw material warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• →Oversee and manage all aspects of raw material warehouse operations, from receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• →Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• →Manage and supervise a team of raw material warehouse personnel, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
• →Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and control of raw material stock levels.
• →Monitor and analyze raw material warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• →Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in raw material warehouse technology and best practices.
• →Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock records.

• Warehouse MHE experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office Products
• Proficiency in Korean is required
