Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead overall warehouse and logistics operations for the Ingot, Wafer, and Cell manufacturing areas.
- →Manage daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production support.
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and operational issue resolution.
- →Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- →Supervise Shift Managers and team members, providing coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
- →Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
- →Coordinate cross-functional activities with Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and other departments.
- →Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
- →Support new production launches, process stabilization, and capacity expansion projects.
- →Prepare operational reports and present business updates to senior management.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations.
- At least 7 years of leadership experience managing supervisors or operational teams.
- Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments (battery, semiconductor, solar, automotive, or related industries preferred).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
