• →Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
  
• →Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
  
• →Implement proper storage and labeling systems to minimize loss or misplacement. 
  
• →Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, repacking, shipping).
  
• →Monitor productivity and set performance targets. 
  
• →Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and inventory.
  
• →Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
  
• →Create work schedules and assign tasks.
  
• →Monitor employee performance and enforce company policies.
  
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. 
  
• →Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts and other equipment. 
  
• →Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, productivity, and costs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean required

• $70,000-95,000 a year
