About the Role

~1 min read

The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement is a senior individual contributor who owns the creation and maintenance of the go-to-market assets, tools, and intelligence that equip Health-E Commerce's B2B sales and account management teams to win. This role sits within the B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement function and reports to the Director of B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement.

You will be the primary builder of the content and collateral that account managers rely on every day - from pitch decks and one pagers to battle cards and competitive intelligence - working closely with Marketing, Sales,  and Product teams to ensure everything is accurate, compelling, and ready to use in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end creation of B2B sales collateral across the full partner engagement lifecycle, including pitch decks, one pagers, FAQs, email touchpoints and webinars as needed.
  • Translate complex product, category, and marketing initiatives into clear, compelling assets that account managers can pick up and use immediately.
  • Maintain a library of current, role-ready materials organized by audience, product, and sales stage -ensuring nothing in circulation is outdated or off-brand.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to align all assets with current brand standards, campaign messaging, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Develop and maintain webinar frameworks and presentation content for partner education and seasonal campaign support.
  • Own the development and ongoing maintenance of competitive analysis and battle cards across Health-E Commerce's B2B portfolio (FSA Store®, HSA Store®, Caring Mill, Patiently, and new offerings).
  • Monitor the competitive landscape - tracking how key competitors position, price, and message their offerings — and translate findings into actionable sales tools.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to keep competitive content current as the market evolves.
  • Equip account managers with clear, confident responses to competitive objections and differentiation narratives they can use in live conversations.

  • Build and maintain vertical and segment-specific playbooks for key B2B audiences including TPAs, benefits administrators, employers, brokers, and banks.
  • Develop discovery guides, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and ROI/value calculators that support account managers across the sales cycle.
  • Partner with Marketing and sales leadership to translate new product launches, category expansions, and partnership announcements into field-ready enablement materials - ensuring account managers are equipped before go-to-market, not after.
  • Create and maintain account manager-facing quick-reference tools - checklists, one-sheets, and job aids - that support consistent execution in the field.
  • Own the creation of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials for the B2B sales and account management team, including performance summaries, partner-facing presentations, and supporting data narratives.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to brief in B2B asset needs, align on messaging, and ensure sales collateral reflects the latest integrated marketing priorities.
  • Partner with Product and Category Management to translate new offerings and updates into sales-ready narratives and materials.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between what Marketing is building and what account managers actually need in the field - surfacing gaps, flagging misalignments, and driving resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Director of B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement to prioritize the asset roadmap based on sales team needs, pipeline stage, and business impact.
  • Develop and maintain a clear communication cadence that keeps account managers informed of every B2B2C marketing moment going to market - ensuring the sales team knows what is launching, when, and how to talk about it with partners before it goes live.
  • Create go-to-market launch communications for account managers whenever a new campaign, product, category, or promotional moment is activated - translating marketing activity into field-ready context and talking points.
  • Establish and maintain a clear system for content organization, versioning, and accessibility so account managers can always find what they need quickly.
  • Gather ongoing feedback from account managers on what is working, what is missing, and what needs to be updated - and use that input to continuously improve the asset library.
  • Track content utilization and field adoption, using data to prioritize what gets built, refreshed, or retired.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, B2B content strategy, go-to-market, or a closely related field, with a focus on creating field-ready sales assets for commercial teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality B2B sales collateral including pitch decks, one pagers, battle cards, playbooks, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and the ability to translate complex products and value propositions into clear, compelling content for a sales audience.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to develop and align on go-to-market materials.
  • Experience building and delivering QBR materials and executive-facing presentations for a B2B sales or account management team.
  • Experience in healthcare, health benefits, digital health, or related domains (e.g., FSAs/HSAs, benefits administration, employer benefits) preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills — able to write crisply for an external B2B audience as well as for internal sales use.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing a content library or asset governance process.
  • Data-driven approach to content prioritization and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with common sales
