Position Summary

Full Circle Recruiting, LLC. is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician to help ensure every beverage meets the highest standards of quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for performing inspections, collecting samples, documenting results, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate has experience in food or beverage manufacturing and enjoys working in a quality-focused environment where precision matters.



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections.
  • Conduct quality testing for beverage specifications, packaging integrity, labeling, and coding accuracy.
  • Collect and document production samples according to quality procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety programs.
  • Identify non-conforming products and assist with corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation.
  • Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Calibrate and maintain quality testing equipment.
  • Work closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Promote continuous improvement and food safety best practices throughout the facility.



Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Food Science, Quality, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of quality experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA regulations, and food safety principles.
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
