Registered Nurse – Pediatric ICU (PICU RN)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse to provide advanced care to critically ill infants and children. This role requires expertise in managing complex conditions in a high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive critical care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor and manage ventilators, IV drips, and life-support equipment
• Perform continuous patient assessments and respond to rapid changes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Support and educate families during high-stress situations

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• 1–2+ years of ICU or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
