THE POSITION: Senior Marketing Executive
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to work on our content/campaigns and video marketing endeavors. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting strategic marketing plans, driving brand awareness, and helping grow revenue in Thailand. This role reports directly to the Country Lead and collaborates closely with the headquarters' marketing and creative team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
1. Local Marketing Execution (Owned Channels) - 60%
- Monthly Campaigns: Own the end-to-end execution of our monthly marketing campaigns, coordinating all assets and channels to ensure a timely and successful launch.
- CRM (EDM & Push): Plan, write, and deploy compelling EDMs (Email) and Push Notifications to activate our user base, drive bookings, and reduce churn.
- Social Media (Video-First): Lead our social media presence with a "video-first" approach. You will be responsible for planning and executing on-site video shoots, then editing, on-brand content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that grows our community and drives conversions.
- In-App Marketing: Manage our key in-app placements (banners, themes, pop-ups) to promote campaigns and key merchants.
2. Performance & Content - 30%
- Analysis & Optimization: Be the data expert for our local efforts. Conduct rigorous performance analysis of all campaigns, pulling data, and providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Content Strategy: Develop the local content strategy by creating clear and effective briefs for new ad creatives, short-form videos, and other assets that resonate with our local audience.
3. Growth & Partnerships - 10%
- KOL Management: Own our local influencer program, from identifying and onboarding KOLs to managing campaign execution and reporting on results.
- Partnership Management: Actively identify, pitch, and onboard new strategic partners. Nurture existing relationships and execute co-marketing campaigns with all partners (e.g., lifestyle apps, ecommerce platforms, etc.).
Must-Haves:
- Ownership & Organization: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple projects at once. You have a proactive and positive, "get-it-done" attitude.
- Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on day-to-day execution. (Experience in e-commerce, food-tech, or app-based businesses is a huge plus).
- Proficiency with AI Marketing Tools: Proven experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper) to improve efficiency and output in marketing workflows, particularly for copywriting (EDMs, push, social), content brainstorming, and creative brief development.
- Content & Creative Acumen: The ability to create clear, effective briefs for new ad creatives, videos, or social media content.
- Analytical Mindset: You must be able to pull campaign reports, analyze key metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, CPO, bookings), and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: You are a natural coordinator and communicator. You must have experience:
- Identifying, pitching, and onboarding new partners.
- Managing existing relationships (KOLs, agencies).
- Coordinating closely with internal teams, especially Sales (BD/AM).
