Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to join our team at Prairie Commons Apartments in Lawrence.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of keeping a community clean, attractive, and welcoming.

• Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community
• Keep walkways, common areas, and outdoor spaces clean and free of debris
• Perform general groundskeeping and pressure washing
• Help maintain amenities and common areas
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Work with the maintenance and property management teams to maintain community standards
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents and guests

• Groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferred
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
