Groundskeepers play an important role in keeping our apartment communities clean, attractive, and welcoming. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and likes seeing the results of a job well done.

• →Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community
• →Keep sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and outdoor spaces clean
• →Assist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance
• →Help maintain pool, recreational, and common areas
• →Assist the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed
• →Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• →Help keep the community clean, attractive, and well-maintained

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Pride in keeping outdoor spaces clean and well-maintained
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically active work
• Professional and respectful with residents and coworkers
• Groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial, or similar experience is a plus
