Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

• →Greet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and callers
• →Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and community amenities
• →Build relationships with prospects and follow up on their interest
• →Assist with applications, lease documentation, and the leasing process
• →Maintain accurate prospect and resident information
• →Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
• →Support the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming and professional community
• →Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or leasing experience is a plus
