Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.

- Disagree Transparently.
- Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
- Build Dream Teams.
We are seeking a highly motivated, early-career IT professional with a strong Computer Science foundation to join our Desktop Support team. This role is designed for someone who sees technical support not just as troubleshooting, but as an opportunity to build, automate, and improve systems at scale.
You will provide hands-on deskside and remote support across hardware, operating systems, SaaS platforms, and enterprise tools, while proactively identifying opportunities to eliminate repetitive work through scripting and automation. This position offers direct exposure to modern infrastructure, security, and engineering teams, serving as a launchpad for growth into more advanced technical roles.
The ideal candidate combines strong customer service instincts with a builder’s mindset — someone who believes that if a task is done twice, it should be automated the third time. If you are eager to gain corporate experience, sharpen your technical depth, and grow into a more senior engineering role over time, this position offers both the challenge and opportunity to do so.
