Orchestrate the onboarding and development programs that bring Gallup’s culture and mission to life.
As a program coordinator on Gallup’s Talent Development team, you will manage the logistics, structure and execution of ongoing, organization-wide programs that shape how Gallup associates around the world onboard, develop and stay aligned with our mission.
In this role, you’ll build repeatable systems, manage precise timelines and ensure flawless execution across multiple initiatives. Serving as the operational backbone of Talent Development, you’ll bring order, clarity and discipline to programs that run continuously throughout the year.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate recurring Talent Development programs, including corporate onboarding, manager development, compliance and other programming that brings ongoing development to life for our associates
- Build and maintain structured program plans that clearly define timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables
- Track progress across multiple simultaneous workstreams and proactively resolve breakdowns before they affect delivery
- Align stakeholders across divisions to ensure sessions, materials and resources are delivered on time and at standard
- Maintain accurate documentation and program metrics
- Use AI tools to streamline communication, clarify timelines and enhance workflow efficiency
- Continuously strengthen program systems to ensure consistency, scalability and reliability

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least two years of experience in program management, project management or operations coordination required
- Demonstrated experience independently structuring complex timelines, work plans and multi-step processes required
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders required
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms to enhance communication and productivity preferred
- Experience working in a professional services environment preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office at least three days per week required
- Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $65,000-$75,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
