As a talent management consultant at Gallup, you'll advise leaders at some of the world's top organizations on their most important talent decisions. In this role, you’ll conduct interviews, evaluate talent using Gallup's predictive methodologies, provide coaching and translate complex findings into practical recommendations. You'll combine assessment, coaching and consultative problem-solving to help clients select exceptional associates, managers and leaders; develop succession pipelines; and build high-performing organizations.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build trusted relationships with executives and stakeholders to uncover their talent challenges and provide research-based solutions that address their business needs
- →Deliver coaching with insightful feedback that helps leaders understand their strengths and maximize performance
- →Conduct in-depth talent assessments, analyze results and provide consultative insights that inform hiring and succession planning decisions
- →Facilitate leadership conversations with confidence and credibility
- →Collaborate with Gallup consultants and client teams to shape and deliver high-impact talent and leadership solutions
- →Develop expertise in Gallup's science, coaching methodologies and talent solutions
- Trusted advisers who build credibility with clients, communicate with confidence and guide meaningful coaching conversations
- Consultative problem-solvers who listen deeply, connect patterns across people and business challenges, and develop thoughtful, practical solutions
- Relationship builders who naturally establish trust, foster long-term partnerships and create exceptional client experiences

Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in industrial-organizational psychology, business administration, organizational development, leadership, education or another behavioral science field
- At least five years of experience in coaching, consulting, leadership development, organizational development, talent management or a related field required
- Experience facilitating coaching, training or organizational development initiatives required
- Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification preferred
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification preferred
- Full fluency in English required, with proficiency in at least one additional language preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Singapore office at least three days per week required
- Eligibility to work in Singapore required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
