About the Role

~1 min read

You'll own and execute marketing and growth strategy for Latin America, driving user acquisition and revenue expansion across the region. This means building localized go-to-market campaigns tailored to regional languages (Spanish, Portuguese), cultural nuances, and digital behaviors while identifying and testing high-impact growth channels including social media, educational partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiatives.

As a Country Manager in the LATAM region, you'll launch strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration, analyze regional performance data and competitive dynamics to inform strategy, and represent Gamma at regional events, conferences, and media opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility. You'll bring deep cultural understanding of Latin American business environments and an entrepreneurial spirit with comfort navigating ambiguity.

This is a full-time contract role, remote and located in Latin America (Brazil preferred).
