~1 min readAs a Product Manager, you will lead a fast-paced team in expanding a set of innovative SaaS solutions. As a key member of the Product team, you will work closely with Product Managers to transform the strategic product roadmap into a well-defined set of features and then deliver on them successfully from one release to the next. You will interface with customers and internal stakeholders to continuously understand and identify business problems and ensure we are building solutions that meet their needs while delivering with quality and an unrivalled user experience.
The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative with the ability to lead cross-functionally and inspire our teams while remaining focused on results and value creation. The candidate will possess the technical skills to collaborate comfortably with our engineers while balancing a big-picture vision that can be communicated to our leaders.
Responsibilities

- →Communicate the vision, plans, objectives, and progress to both your team and stakeholders.
- →Collaborate with the Development team to prioritize, plan, and release working product increments.
- →Keep stakeholders involved by gathering input and communicating progress.
- →Collect and analyzes usability studies, market research, and user feedback to identify and recommend product enhancements and market opportunities.
- →Prioritize and sequence the product backlog to provide the most value.
- →Understand technology trends to apply to software design.
- →Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency.
- →Drive Scrum ceremonies like planning, reviews, and refinement
- →Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- →Own and maintain the product backlog and the release plans.
- →Monitor team velocity and seek to continuously improve product development process.
- →Manage Cross-product Dependecnies
Requirements
~1 min read- University degree, preferably in business, information systems, marketing, computer science, or other relevant areas
- Strong technical background in related technologies
- 6+ years of directly applicable experience as a Product Manager in a software organization
- Love to lead a pod (that’s how we call our agile teams)
- Appreciate to balance the different stakeholders.
- Set priorities and enable the squad to continuously deliver.
- Are good in understanding requirements, especially the tricky and technical ones.
- Love to and knows how to write user stories.
- Understand acceptance criteria.
- Strong SaaS industry experience – Smart Buildings or Commercial Real Estate would be the optimum fit.
- Are business minded and have a good technical understanding (or the other way around)
- Love your customers and understand their needs.

- Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.
