Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML (including internships or high-quality academic projects);
• Solid coding skills in Python and familiarity with data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy);
• Foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and interest in building RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems;
• Basic experience with frameworks like LlamaIndex or LangChain;
• Exposure to vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, FAISS) and semantic search concepts;
• Knowledge of API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django;
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker);
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive "self-starter" mindset;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• English - Upper-Intermediate.

What you will do:
Communication & Collaboration:

• Contribute as part of a scrum team dedicated to building high-quality AI products;
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into user-facing applications;
• Maintain a positive, polite, and open-minded communication style.

Model Development & AI Solutions:

• AI/RAG: Assist in building and scaling retrieval pipelines and RAG-based applications;
• Experimentation: Assist in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and embedding optimization.

Evaluation and Optimization:

• Evaluate models using standard metrics (precision, recall, etc.);
• Analyze model performance and help address bottlenecks in the inference stack;
• Contribute to prototyping and early deployment phases of ML models.

Code Quality & Engineering:

• Write high-quality, extensible, and testable code by applying good engineering practices;
• Maintain high test coverage and participate in code reviews;
• Keep comprehensive and detailed documentation of model architectures, training procedures, and API services.

Continuous Improvement:

• Follow the latest research and industry trends in AI/ML;
• Apply new findings to improve existing workflows and model performance;
• Participate in estimation and planning sessions for new features.
