We’re interested in connecting with candidates for roles such as:

1. Lab Technician / Associate Scientist: You’ll be hands-on in the lab, supporting production workflows with molecular biology techniques. From executing experiments to recording results and maintaining lab safety, you’ll be a key player in keeping operations smooth, precise, and efficient.

• BSc or higher in cell/molecular biology, biomedicine, or related fields
• 2+ years of lab experience
• Skilled in assays, lab equipment, and techniques like qPCR, ELISA, HPLC, DNA sequencing.

2. Technical Account Representative: You’ll lead our customer service operations—handling inquiries, offering technical advice, and preparing accurate quotes for clients. You’ll translate customer needs into practical solutions and collaborate across departments to ensure satisfaction. Plus, you’ll represent GenScript at trade shows and deliver engaging technical presentations!

• MSc or PhD in biology-related fields
• You are proactive and self-motivated! You love learning all the time. Also, you are really good at English and other European languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, etc.
• Having 1 - 2 years of experience in technical and commercial support roles in biotech industry is a great advantage. But recent graduates with potential and a strong focus on customers are also welcome to apply!

3. Regional Marketing Representative: You’ll drive GenScript’s brand across Europe and the UK through campaigns, webinars, and tradeshows. You’ll strategize and generate leads while collaborating with global teams and supporting Sales in their efforts in event preparation. Expect to travel, engage with the biotech community, and make GenScript shine in every event!

• MSc in related Life Sciences majors, with biotech/pharma experience in the UK or EU.
• 1–2 years in marketing, project management, or business development.
• Strong grasp of CRO/CDMO markets and lead generation strategies.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a bonus.
• Skilled in content creation, campaign execution, and event planning.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ready to travel across Europe for tradeshows and conferences (up to 30%).

4. Field Application Scientist: You’ll be the technical expert supporting clients across the EU. You’ll master our products and services, lead implementations, deliver hands-on training, and ensure top-tier service. You’ll collaborate with Sales for demos and evaluations, work directly with leading pharma and research labs—and represent GenScript as a guest speaker at scientific conferences across Europe!

• Post-docs with deep technical knowledge
• Great presenters who enjoy travel and client interaction
• Experience in biotech commercial support preferred

5. Inside Sales: As an Inside Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. You will primarily interact via phone, email, video conferencing, and online chat.

• BSc/MSc in biology-related fields
• 1–3 years in commercial roles
• Sales-driven, CRM-savvy, and proactive

6. Sales Account Manager / Business Development: You’ll drive growth by turning strategy into action across your territory. You’ll build strong relationships with key accounts, develop new markets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win business. You’ll share market insights, manage your pipeline in CRM, and represent GenScript with confidence and expertise - both in the lab and at industry events.

• 3+ years in biotech sales/BD
• MSc/PhD in biology-related fields
• Proven success in selling biological products/services

7. Back-office Jobs: Behind every successful business is a powerhouse support team. Whether it’s logistics, HR, finance, legal, or other departments, these roles are essential to keeping GenScript running smoothly and scaling sustainably across Europe.

• Logistics, HR, Finance, Legal, HSE professionals
• Experience in biotech or international fast scaling companies is a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, but not compulsory.
