Responsibilities

→Provide support in processing and confirming shipping documents for logistics operations.
→Assist in preparing and maintaining documents and customs declarations related to shipments.
→Assist in recording and data entry for daily order processing and shipping activities.
→Support the arrangement of picking, packing, and shipping processes.
→Assist in monitoring and updating inbound and outbound shipment data.
→Support in tracking freight costs and assist in uploading and analyzing related data.
→Assist in communication with internal teams to ensure logistics processes align with production and inventory schedules.
→Assist in basic coordination with freight forwarders and brokers.
→Assist in organizing and maintaining compliance documentation for import and export.
→Assist in preparing and organizing routine transaction data for audits.

Requirements

Bachelor's / Diploma, majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
Have basic understanding of logistics processes and a willingness to learn more.
Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
