We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Specialist to support daily operations for raw materials and finished goods. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
This role is based onsite in Piscataway, NJ and pays $24 per hour.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and compliant operations
- →Process inbound and outbound shipments, including sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and system transactions in SAP/WMS
- →Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies; coordinate with Purchasing to resolve issues
- →Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation; ensure proper record retention for compliance
- →Perform inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions
- →Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues such as shipping delays or inventory variances; provide clear feedback and solutions
- →Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with EHS and 5S standards
Requirements
~2 min read- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in warehouse operations required
- Experience with warehouse systems such as SAP, WMS, or similar platforms preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed
- Bilingual (Chinese/English) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work across different levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
