This is not a traditional corporate role. It is a specialized entry point into a high-stakes Venture Program designed for individuals who possess a rare combination of strategic consulting sharpness and "0-to-1" execution grit.
The Venture Manager acts as a strategic catalyst, transforming high-level founder visions into scalable, high-growth business units. Working in direct proximity to the CEO, the successful candidate will own the end-to-end lifecycle of new ventures within the AdTech and mobile gaming ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities:
Venture Engineering: Launch and scale new strategic business units, moving from raw concept to functioning revenue streams at high velocity.
CEO Mission Execution: Drive high-priority strategic projects through rapid testing, data-driven iteration, and uncompromising execution.
Enterprise Partnerships: Manage relationships with the world’s largest advertisers, ensuring project delivery meets the highest global standards.
Scaling Frameworks: Develop internal "whitepapers" and innovative methodologies to institutionalize growth and operational excellence.
Cross-Functional Sprints: Lead workshops and coordinate departments (R&D, Growth, Product) to ensure initiatives are delivered without friction.
