Salary: Up to £30,950 (DOE) + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

Hours: Full-Time, 45 hours/week over 5 days

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be working closely with your General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while making sure your team delivers excellent food and service with a smile.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping to lead daily operations across the site
• Ordering stock, managing quality control, and supporting forecasting
• Developing, coaching and inspiring your team
• Upholding high food quality and customer service standards
• Taking the lead in shifts and stepping up when the General Manager is off-site

You’ve already got experience in hospitality or catering and have stepped into a supervisor or leadership role. Now you’re ready to go further.

• You have at least 1 years’ experience in a hospitality or food service industry
• You’ve lead a team before
• You’re passionate about delivering top-quality food and service
