Requirements Responsibilities: AI Technologies and Adaptability: Master the latest AI tools and technologies recently released and stay updated with industry changes. Apply AI-driven insights to enhance digital marketing efforts, leveraging predictive analytics and personalized content recommendations. Content Creation and Innovation: Develop compelling and innovative content for websites, services, profiles, blog posts, and marketing materials. Harness AI for creative video and design projects, producing visually captivating and engaging content. Video Production and Editing: Create and edit marketing videos that leverage AI enhancements for maximum impact. Incorporate AI-driven solutions for subtitles, logos, voice enhancements, and video editing. Digital Marketing Expertise: Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies encompassing email marketing, landing pages, and website optimization. Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and other emerging channels. Utilize a comprehensive suite of Zoho tools for digital marketing, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, customer engagement, landing pages, loyalty programs, and lead generation. Multi-Website Expertise: Manage digital marketing campaigns for multiple websites and clients within the Gepcomtech portfolio, tailoring strategies for each unique business entity. Collaborate closely with clients to craft brand strategies that align with their business objectives. Ads Platforms and Affiliate Marketing: Strategically plan and manage advertising campaigns across different platforms, optimizing for maximum reach and conversion. Implement and oversee affiliate marketing programs to expand brand visibility and customer engagement. Google Business and Analytics: Manage and optimize our Google Business profile to enhance local search visibility and customer engagement. Leverage Google Analytics to gather insights and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing strategies. Budget Allocation and Proposal Excellence: Allocate marketing budgets efficiently, prioritizing initiatives with AI-driven creativity. Craft comprehensive proposals that demonstrate our capabilities and align with client needs. Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation systems to streamline campaigns and workflows. Develop automated email marketing sequences and campaigns. Email Template Creation and HTML: Create visually appealing and responsive email templates using HTML. Ensure email templates are optimized for different email clients. Campaign Marketing Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels. Measure campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments. Project Management Skills: Effectively manage marketing projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Graphic Design Skills: Possess graphic design skills to enhance visual content and branding. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dream weaver, Photoshop) is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience. Proficiency in AI tools and technologies, Adobe Photoshop, content creation, and social media management. Expertise in various Zoho tools for digital marketing, email marketing, video editing, voice enhancements, AI tools, landing pages, loyalty programs, lead generation, and marketing automation. Familiarity with landing pages, Google Ads, and digital marketing platforms. Fluent English speaker. Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Excellent communication, content creation, and presentation skills. Adaptability to stay updated with industry changes and AI advancements. Creativity, design skills, and the ability to apply AI-driven insights. Multi-tasking, project management, strategic planning, proactive thinking, and graphic design skills.
