• 5+ years of commercial credit underwriting/portfolio management experience at a Bank, Fund, or Fintech.

• Strong financial modeling and investment analysis skills.

• Fluent in using LLMs to improve workflows.

• Based in NYC or Dallas or willing to relocate - this is an in-office role.

Compensation packages at Augustus include base salary, equity, and benefits. New hire offers are made based on a candidate's experience, expertise and geographic location. The annual US base salary range for this role is $150,000-$200,000 + equity.
