As part of the Growth Strategy team at Midas, you will take growth targets and turn them into concrete initiatives with clear scope, ownership, and KPIs. You will work closely with product, marketing, data, and other cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and drive execution from idea to implementation.

This role requires staying close to execution — tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable results.

Break down company growth targets into concrete initiatives with clear owners, timelines, and KPIs.

Identify improvement opportunities across acquisition, activation,retention,and revenue define the right strategy, and drive execution to unlock growth.

Lead end-to-end execution of strategic growth initiatives, from problem definition to measurable outcomes.

Align cross-functional teams, track progress rigorously, and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery.

Run structured analyses to support prioritization and key business trade-offs.

Monitor initiative performance closely, adjust plans when targets are at risk, and scale what works.

Experience in growth, strategy, consulting, product, or analytics roles.

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.

Clear communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities.

A pragmatic and creative mindset focused on measurable impact.
