And we’re looking for a Healthcare Bilingual Assistant (English/Spanish) to start immediately!

• →

  Conducting patient intake: Going through health history and administering oral swab drug tests (10-15 minutes per patient).

• →

  Handling patient check-in: Managing the check-in process from start to finish and passing the patient to the provider.

• →

  Administrative duties in CareCloud: Uploading documents, updating patient info, and performing general data entry.

• →

  Making follow-up calls: Contacting patients about medication refills, visit issues, and provider messages.

• →

  Scheduling: Coordinating appointments and telehealth visits.

• →

  Processing payments: Handling credit card payments for services.

• Behavioral health background: Experience in behavioral/mental health is heavily required. They also want at least 1 year of healthcare front office, admin, or receptionist experience.

• Communication: Extremely strong English skills, very articulate, and able to work with minimal hand-holding.

• Technical skills: Familiarity with EHR systems (specifically CareCloud), HIPAA compliance, data entry, and patient intake/drug testing.

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
