Responsibilities

Workflow Automation: Developing n8n workflows and administering monday.com (including their APIs).

Integrations: Connecting OpenAI/AI-agents, Gmail/Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Online.

Development & Support: Writing JavaScript and/or Python, managing databases, handling webhooks/authentication, and doing error logging/troubleshooting.

Project Management: Managing outside developers, documenting procedures, testing, and user training.

Process Improvement: Continuously optimizing their workflows.
