And we’re looking for a Social Media & Admin Assistant to start immediately!

• →

  Respond to Instagram and Meta ad inquiries via DMs as quickly as possible. Strict 2-minute response time to capture leads while they are still scrolling and engaged.

• →

  Explain treatments, answer repetitive client questions using pre-written templates, and book/reschedule appointments using Fresha.

• →

  Update client profiles and accurately maintain treatment notes in the Fresha booking system.

• →

  Identify complex questions, complaints, or situations outside the standard playbook.

• →

  Help with social media posting, brainstorm content ideas, and create basic graphics during downtime when DM volume is low.

• Instagram

• Meta Ads Workflow

• Strong English (Written & Comprehension)

• Basic Instagram/Meta Ad Lead-Response Experience

• Fast & Reliable Tech Setup

• Willingness to Learn Fresha tool

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
