Responsibilities

Travel to various wind farms and project locations as required
- →
Perform major component exchanges (MCE) including blades, gearboxes, generators, hubs, and other large turbine components
- →
Assist with rigging operations, crane coordination, and lift planning during component replacements
- →
Conduct mechanical disassembly and reassembly of turbine components according to OEM procedures
- →
Inspect components and supporting structures for damage or wear during exchanges
- →
Follow all safety protocols, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and site-specific requirements
- →
Complete accurate service documentation and reports for work performed
- →
Work collaboratively with site teams, crane crews, and project leads to execute safe and efficient exchanges
