Director/Manager – Design & Delivery (Roads)

The opportunity

We are currently exploring senior leadership talent for a Delivery Manager role within our Design & Delivery Organisation within the Philippines. This position provides leadership and oversight of delivery teams across the region, supporting strong project outcomes across Roads portfolio.

You will work closely with senior leaders to drive delivery performance, quality, and accountability, while fostering a positive and high‑performing delivery culture.

What you will do

• Lead and support delivery leadership teams to achieve programme and portfolio outcomes
• Partner with business and project leaders to improve delivery effectiveness
• Oversee delivery performance, resourcing, recruitment and project planning
• Drive consistent application of delivery frameworks and quality standards
• Provide senior input into project execution, governance, and risk management
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients

What we’re looking for

• Senior experience in project, design, or delivery leadership roles
• Background in Roads infrastructure
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management capability
• Proven ability to manage complex delivery environments
• Commercial and strategic mindset with a focus on sustainable outcomes
