A company in the food manufacturing/distribution space is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. This role oversees the accounting team and supports executive leadership with analysis, forecasting, and business insights.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Oversee accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger

Prepare and analyze financial reports and provide business insights

Manage cash flow, risk, and investment strategies

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Build financial models and support strategic decision-making

Supervise and develop the accounting team

CPA required

5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience required)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Experience with ERP systems and financial analysis tools

Strong analytical and leadership skills
