A unique cultural institution is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team and support key financial operations during an exciting period of growth. Reconcile revenue across multiple streams, including admissions, memberships, retail, and dining

Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to daily financial activity

Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Assist with capital project analysis and financial evaluations

Prepare reports, studies, and ad hoc analyses for leadership

Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor spending and improve financial performance

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

1–3 years of financial analysis or accounting experience

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
