HR Generalist

Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. A globally connected organization is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to lead all people operations for its North American office. This is a high-impact, standalone role supporting ~60+ employees, ideal for someone who enjoys full ownership across HR, recruiting, and employee experience while partnering with an international parent company.

• Serve as the sole HR lead, managing all day-to-day HR operations for the Atlanta office
• Own full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
• Partner with leadership on HR strategy, policies, and organizational needs
• Collaborate regularly with the global HR team in Europe to ensure alignment with company policies
• Maintain compliance with HR regulations and best practices
• Support performance management, employee relations, and culture-building efforts

• ~5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a standalone or small team environment
• Experience supporting similar-sized organizations (~50–100 employees) or larger environments with broad responsibility
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
• Self-starter who is confident operating independently and building processes
