~1 min readAs the Marketing Engineer you will own the marketing site as a revenue-critical product: ship fast, keep tracking clean, tighten form + CRM flows, and run conversion experiments without bottlenecks.
Remote, with quarterly travel to our hubs (Houston / Long Beach / San Francisco) for team onsites.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own day-to-day development in Webflow: new landing pages, product pages, content pages, CMS structure, and reusable components
- →Build and maintain lead flows end-to-end: gated/ungated assets, form UX/validation, friction reduction, routing logic, and download delivery
- →Implement and maintain analytics hygiene (GA4/GTM): event tracking, conversion accuracy, funnel drop-offs, and rapid updates as experiments change
- →Increase experimentation velocity: A/B tests, layout/CTA iterations, and fast deploy cycles with clear measurement
- →Ensure clean data flow to RevOps: form → attribution → CRM/automation (e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce) with reliable handoffs and naming conventions
- →Improve performance + reliability: page speed, mobile UX, accessibility basics, uptime, and site health on high-intent pages
- →Partner tightly with Content + Demand Gen + RevOps + Design to proactively identify gaps and ship improvements
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years building and shipping marketing websites (or equivalent) with clear ownership and high output
- Strong Webflow build skills plus solid HTML/CSS and working JavaScript
- Experience implementing analytics + event tracking (GA4/GTM or equivalent) and debugging issues end-to-end
- Experience with forms, integrations, webhooks/Zapier-style automation, and CRM handoffs
- Comfort working fast, prioritizing ruthlessly, and measuring impact (conversion, CPL/CPA, funnel health)
- Experience building and experimenting with AI tools
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience in B2B, industrial, energy, or data center markets
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools, attribution models, and marketing ops hygiene
- Light backend/API experience (serverless functions, middleware, edge redirects)
- Comfort building a small design system in Webflow (components, tokens, documentation)
Salary Range: $75,000 – $110,000 USD (final level + comp determined by experience and scope).
