Our mission is to empower the changemaker in all of us. We believe giving should be fun, so you’ll want to do it again, and we also believe that work should be fun, so that you’ll have the greatest impact. We are excited to hear from talented people who want to work with other talented people in making the world a butter place—and have fun along the way.
Givebutter is building a world-class ecosystem of technology and financial services partnerships to power its next phase of Growth. We are hiring our first Senior Product Partnerships Manager, reporting to our VP of Growth and residing in our Product, Design, & Engineering organization.
This is a foundational role. You won't be joining an established partnerships team — you'll be building the function, defining the strategy, and closing the deals that shape how Givebutter's platform evolves. The right partnerships will expand our product's capabilities in ways our internal team alone can't, deepen our differentiation with nonprofits, and unlock entirely new revenue streams. Think integrations with the platforms nonprofits already live in — accounting software, CRM systems, payment processors, marketing tools, AI platforms, and more — plus creative embedded financial products that put more dollars in the hands of the organizations that need them.
This role sits at the intersection of business development, product strategy, and execution. You'll be the person who identifies the partners worth pursuing, builds the business case, negotiates the terms, and then works shoulder-to-shoulder with our Product and Engineering teams to bring each integration to life. You'll need to be as comfortable modeling the economics of a revenue-share deal as you are debating API scoping with an engineer or pitching a partnership vision to a partner's executives. The partnerships you build here won't just be logos on a website — they'll be deeply integrated into the Givebutter experience, making our platform stickier, more powerful, and more indispensable for the nonprofits we serve.
