Position: CNA (contract)
Location: Longmont, CO
Compensation: $20-24/hour
Hours: 7 days/week, between 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am
 
We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Longmont, CO area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity. Patient's needs include 7 days/week, between 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am.
 
 
  • Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting
  • Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care
  • Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed
  • Maintain records and documentation of service
  • Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to monitor vital signs
  • Dependable transportation
