First Gen: Process Optimalisation Maintenance/Engineering Intern

Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally.

• →Collecting and analyzing sustainability data (energy, water, waste, CO₂)
• →Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to sustainability
• →Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations
• →Leading cross-functional project meetings
• →Supporting awareness and engagement activities on sustainability topics
• →You will actively involve in concrete sustainability projects

• Internship compensation of 550€/month and travel reimbursement

• You have basic understanding or strong interest in sustainability, engineering, or technical operations
• You have analytical skills (Excel, basic data analysis)
• You have ability to structure information and create clear presentations
• You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• You are currently studying or have recently graduated (max. 3 months post-graduation)
