First Gen: Sales TT intern

Every 6 months, PepsiCo BeNeLux welcomes new talent just like you. Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally. 

Join our group of around 30 interns and become part of a community where your voice and perspective matter.  

• →Help establish a new channel for PepsiCo: independent supermarkets, requiring you to combine entrepreneurship with working in a large commercial organization.
• →Provide support in daily sales processes, both in the field and through the headquarters.
• →Set up and maintain analyses and scorecards with our Analytics team to help monitor the business and strengthen collaboration with customers.
• →Independently manage cross-functional projects at the intersection of sales, shopper marketing, and logistics.
• →Develop professional skills; improve communication, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork.

• Internship compensation of 550€/month and travel reimbursement

• The art of independent working and prioritizing tasks.
• Data-driven: able to perform analyses in Excel & PowerBI.
• Proactive in taking on tasks and daring to do things differently.
• Passion for PepsiCo brands.
• Shows entrepreneurship and a curiosity to learn.
• Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies.
• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
