Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial operations, drive sustainable growth, and support executive decision-making. The CFO will be responsible for developing financial strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, strengthening financial controls, and building scalable finance processes across multiple markets. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, audit, compliance, and investor relations within an international business environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the company’s overall financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term business success. Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and leadership team by providing financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to support key business decisions. Drive achievement of revenue, profitability, and margin targets while maintaining healthy cash flow, optimizing working capital, and implementing strong financial controls. Build, lead, and scale a high-performing finance organization covering FP&A, treasury, accounting, taxation, budgeting, reporting, audit, and compliance functions. Develop robust financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assess business performance, evaluate risks, and support strategic planning under various economic conditions. Establish and continuously improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to enhance cost efficiency and support company objectives. Design and implement financial reporting systems, dashboards, and KPIs that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to executive leadership. Manage outsourced accounting operations and financial processes in international markets, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the United States, and future expansion countries. Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices to safeguard company assets and improve operational effectiveness. Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement of financial operations. Conduct financial evaluations of projects, investments, and strategic initiatives, including ROI analysis, business case development, and investment recommendations. Optimize cash flow management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation to support business growth and financial stability. Build scalable finance structures, define specialized team roles, and implement processes that improve efficiency and organizational performance. Partner with investors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders by supporting fundraising activities, due diligence processes, and financial presentations. Support expansion strategies and market entry initiatives through financial analysis and strategic planning. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage. 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior finance or CFO-level roles. Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, audit, reporting, and financial controls. Proven track record in managing multi-country finance functions. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience interacting with investors, fundraising processes, or corporate finance activities is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Fluent English and Russian
