ROLE PURPOSE

As a Field Service Technician, you are the face of GLORY. As a member of the GLORY Field Service team, you will be empowered to:

Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients
Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment
Track and manage parts/tools
Stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment

PAY RANGE:

$20 - $27 an hour
Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
