We are seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to partner with distributors nationwide, ensuring seamless integration of Augment with their existing systems and workflows.
The Customer Success Leader will act as a trusted strategic advisor to distributor customers, overseeing integrations, optimizing AI adoption, and ensuring our platform drives maximum operational efficiency. This role requires a strong background in distribution operations, supply chain technology, and process automation, along with experience leading large-scale customer integrations.

Work directly with distributors to integrate Augment with their ERP systems, TMS platforms, and operational workflows

Guide distribution teams through the AI adoption process, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success

Analyze distributor workflows and processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for AI automation

Develop and execute integration playbooks to help distributors scale their use of Augment

Monitor customer success metrics, including platform adoption, efficiency gains, and overall satisfaction

Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to refine integration processes based on real-time customer feedback

Lead training sessions and onboarding programs for distributor teams to maximize platform effectiveness

Serve as the main point of contact for distributor leadership, ensuring alignment on business goals and technology needs
Proven track record of leading successful ERP or supply chain software integrations within distribution environments
Deep understanding of distribution operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and process automation
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to improve customer-facing technology
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and operations leadership
