• Experience in B2B distribution, logistics, or supply chain

• Familiarity with AI or automation tools

• Prior operating experience at a high-growth startup or inside a digital transformation function

• Technical fluency — able to read SQL, sketch a workflow diagram, or pressure-test an engineering estimate

• Background in operations, industrial engineering, or process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)

• MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field
