Augment is looking for a full cycle Technical Recruiter who will own hiring for all roles across Product and Engineering. This is a fast paced, high-impact role, where you will partner closely with stakeholders to help build out a world class team.
Augment grew from 5 to 150 people in just over a year, with our Talent team at the heart of that growth. Fueled with momentum and passion for what we do, we have no intention of slowing down; come build with us!
Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting; you'll manage end-to-end hiring for Technical roles across Product, Design and Engineering, from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Prioritize strategic sourcing; you understand the job market and the competitive landscape and bring an innovative approach to engaging passive talent.

Partner closely with stakeholders across the business to define roles, build process, and understand the team; so you can act as a strategic advisor for all hiring needs.

Embrace tools; whether it’s AI or our ATS, use resources to maximize your output.
4+ years of experience at a high growth technology company or rapidly scaling start-up.
A proven track record of hiring for technical roles.
Ability to wear multiple hats, navigate ambiguity, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Operational excellence and a data driven approach.
