Location: National Harbor, MD (Hybrid)
Type: Full Time
Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000, Annually + Quarterly Bonus

If you’re the kind of person who enjoys juggling details, chasing down the right candidate, and learning something new every day, this role was made for you. This is more than a recruiting role - it’s an opportunity to help scale a growing company at a pivotal moment. Cloudforce is entering an exciting phase of expansion following recent investment, and we’re looking for a driven, detail‑oriented recruiter to help build the teams that will fuel our next stage of growth. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle for various roles, bring structure and momentum to our hiring efforts, and play a hands‑on role in shaping how we attract and engage top talent.

At Cloudforce, growth creates opportunity - and you’ll be right in the middle of it. You’ll join a tech‑forward, people‑first team that values curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning. This role is perfect for someone eager to deepen their tech knowledge, refine their recruiting craft, and make a visible impact as the company scales. If you’re motivated by ownership, energized by growth, and excited to help build something meaningful from the inside, Cloudforce is the place to do it.
  • Perform full life cycle recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referral networks, and recruitment events.
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.
  • Build and maintain active pipelines for qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Create compelling job postings and promote Cloudforce’s opportunities across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.).
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
  • Support and facilitate offer discussions, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records, status reports, and documentation of recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate employment verification for candidates, as needed.
  • Represent Cloudforce at career fairs and recruitment-focused events; network with local education institutions to attract junior talent.
  • Maintain and report on open requisition statuses.
  • Assist in the coordination of internship programs, including intern recruitment.
  • Periodically review recruitment practices for efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist with other human resources related tasks and employee engagement events.
  • 1-2 years of professional recruitment or project management experience, ideally with a focus on technical roles such as software developers, cloud engineers, or related disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of software development and/or cloud technologies (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, Azure/AWS/GCP...) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive technical talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and other modern sourcing techniques.
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Effective communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sense of urgency with the ability to respond and follow through in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ambition and motivation to achieve results.
  • About Us

After 15 years building deep expertise as a professional services and consulting organization, Cloudforce is transitioning to a product-led company anchored by nebulaONE® — a secure, governed AI platform purpose-built for higher education and other highly regulated industries including state and local government and healthcare and life sciences.

nebulaONE® runs entirely within the customer's Microsoft Azure tenant — so institutional data never leaves their environment, access is controlled through existing identity infrastructure, and every student, faculty member, staff role, and researcher gets a branded, governed AI experience from day one.

We are Microsoft's 2025 Education Partner of the Year, backed by Owl Ventures and M12 — Microsoft's venture fund. And we are just getting started.
