At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely
This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you are the pulse of the entire recruitment process, responsible for strengthening GoDaddy’s employer brand by being the face of the company in the eyes of our candidates! From coordinating the interview process to a new hire’s first day of work, you will own all aspects of the candidate experience, helping to ensure it is exceptional and differentiated for each person
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate and manage the external hiring and internal change job processes for candidates globally including scheduling interviews, generating offer documents, managing background screenings, and ensuring the completion of onboarding tasks
- →Regularly follow up with candidates, by Zoom, phone, SMS messaging, or email, to keep them well-informed throughout the candidate lifecycle
- →Investigate, assess, and problem-solve candidate and new hire questions, issues, or concerns
- →Establish relationships with candidates, the Recruiting team, and our internal stakeholders
- →Work cross-functionally with our cross-functional partners including IT, HR Operations, Legal, HRBPs, and internally within Recruiting
- →Sustain coordination efforts by balancing multiple priorities at once
- →Track individual metrics weekly, performing against specific SLAs to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- 1+ year in a recruiting, HR, scheduling/coordination, or administrative role
- English proficiency, written and spoken
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity and hand’s on experience coordinating and preparing offer documents & employment contracts across India and APAC regions is strongly preferred
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), interview scheduling tools (preferably Zoom or Modern Loop), HRIS tools (Workday), and other recruiting- and HR-related systems and programs
- Microsoft Suite knowledge, specifically Outlook and Excel
- Working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ideally within the tech industry, with an ability to think creatively applying an agile approach to managing workload and requests when priorities change
- Demonstrated willingness and capability to dive into the details and proactively ask for help
- A passion for the candidate experience and making a difference
- Fluency in additional languages
